Senior Project Control Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Monitor critical paths and track project progress
• Track budgets, forecasts, and cost performance while managing variances
• Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) and risk mitigation plans
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and KPI updates for management and clients
• Coordinate project control processes with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Mentor junior project control staff and implement best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in project control for Oil & Gas EPC projects
• Strong experience with scheduling and cost control tools such as Primavera and SAP
• Deep knowledge of EVM, risk management, and the project lifecycle
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
