Senior Project & Business Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs, problems, opportunities, and solution scope
• Evaluate and validate solution value and benefits to the organization
• Facilitate process and design workshops with multidisciplinary groups
• Conduct workflow review and process redesign
• Coordinate system design, build, and testing
• Design data collection processes and lead data reporting and visualization
• Apply project management techniques for plans, schedules, and budgets
• Apply change management techniques for stakeholder engagement and training
• Lead simple to moderately complex digital projects from planning to delivery

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree in Health Informatics, Administration, Technology, Science, or Business
• Minimum 3 years of Project Management, Business Process/Analysis, and Data Analysis experience
• Sound knowledge of project management standards
• Experience leading project workstreams or small projects independently
• Experience developing business requirements and conducting workflow mapping
• Experience delivering management-level presentations and training
• Proficiency in M365 tools, MS Project, MS Visio, MS Teams, and enterprise work management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating application testing
• Experience with change management methodologies
• Experience with hardware or software vendor relations
• PMP or Change Management certification
• Familiarity with healthcare information systems, HL7, ITIL, or enterprise architecture
• Experience with Epic Health Information System
