Senior Project Architect

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design process for projects across commercial, industrial, logistics, and interiors sectors
• Oversee all phases of project delivery, from conceptual design to construction administration
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and consultants, to integrate technical solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design staff
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program
• 6+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project management
• Licensed Architect in the state of Texas
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and sustainability practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
• 8+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project management
• Strong design portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful architectural designs
• Experience in municipal, commercial, and industrial project sectors
• Experience leading client-facing presentations, including programming and space planning
• LEED Accreditation or equivalent sustainability certification
