Senior Project and Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop ARTELIA’s presence in the Basel industrial ecosystem
• Leverage professional networks to generate new business opportunities
• Lead commercial activities from first contact to contract signature
• Act as the main local contact for clients
• Support operational management of the Pratteln office as Deputy Agency Director
• Manage and supervise a portfolio of engineering projects
• Ensure technical, financial, quality, and HSE performance
• Prepare technical documentation, cost estimates, and project schedules

Requirements

• Engineering degree (HES, ETH/EPFL or equivalent)
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in engineering or EPCM project management
• Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or process industries
• Proven experience in business development and client acquisition
• Experience in team and resource management
• Strong active network in the Basel industrial region
• Fluency in German
• English proficiency (minimum B2)
• French language skills are a strong asset
