Senior Project Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support a Global UPS SCS SPL customer by managing multiple operational, WMS, and financial project initiatives
• Develop innovative solutions based on UPS and customer requests to improve customer experience
• Analyze the commercial, operational, and financial implications of all proposed initiatives
• Prepare, test, implement, and monitor all project changes
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including IT, finance, and customer care, to ensure effective change management
• Maintain a positive customer perception of UPS through confident and professional communication

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain logistics, including project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to quickly adapt to operational systems and applications such as WMS and Smartsheet
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively at various organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience or knowledge working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
