Senior Project Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the China CEO in tracking strategic goals and operational metrics
• Assist in the development of company processes, systems, and culture
• Drive strategic projects and coordinate with various departments to implement executive decisions
• Facilitate connections and collaborations with external AI ecosystems
• Manage high-level stakeholder relations, including government agencies and key clients
• Coordinate with global stakeholders to advance projects and resolve complex issues

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or finance
• Exceptional writing skills for government documents, speeches, and strategic presentations
• Strong business acumen with the ability to provide market analysis and data insights
• Deep curiosity and knowledge regarding AI agent development
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) for professional use
• Ability to handle multi-threaded tasks under pressure and travel frequently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an executive business assistant
• Educational background from top-tier universities (985/211 or overseas)
• Master's degree
• Industry experience in Big Data, Consulting, or Investment/Financing
