Senior Programmer Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support software solutions for manufacturing, plant operations, and supply chain processes
• Provide technical support and enhancements for JDE World, including inventory, costing, and order processing
• Develop and optimize custom JDE World programs, reports, interfaces, and batch jobs
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and production-ready code
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex, production-critical issues impacting JDE World transactions
• Support ERP upgrades, patches, and modernization initiatives
• Mentor junior analysts and developers through code reviews and technical guidance
• Collaborate with infrastructure and database teams to ensure system stability and data integrity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of progressive experience as a Programmer Analyst or Systems Analyst
• Strong experience supporting JDE World within a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on programming experience within ERP and manufacturing systems
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases
• Solid understanding of manufacturing business processes, including production and inventory management
• Experience with the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Preferred Qualifications

• RPG programming experience, particularly within JDE World environments
