About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful execution of small to medium scale transformation or real estate programmes
  • Establish and drive programme direction while empowering teams
  • Apply industry best practice programme management methodologies
  • Engage client-side senior managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Manage internal talent and client teams
  • Ensure compliance with governance and risk management requirements
  • Develop robust financial management processes and reporting
  • Proactively manage programme-wide health and safety risks

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of portfolio/programme management in real estate
  • Proven ability to work in relevant portfolio/programme management processes and systems
  • Experience with various procurement methods and forms of contract
  • Excellent written and in-person communication skills
  • Degree or Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
