Responsibilities
- Lead the successful execution of small to medium scale transformation or real estate programmes
- Establish and drive programme direction while empowering teams
- Apply industry best practice programme management methodologies
- Engage with client-side senior managers, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Manage internal talent and client teams
- Ensure compliance with governance and risk management requirements
- Develop robust financial management processes and reporting
- Proactively manage programme-wide health and safety risks
Requirements
- Strong understanding of portfolio and programme management in real estate
- Proven ability to work within relevant management processes and systems
- Experience with various procurement methods and contract forms
- Excellent written and in-person communication skills
- Degree or Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
