About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and end-to-end management of the H2 integrated programme plan across creative, media, social, web, and sales enablement
- Maintain accurate master marketing plans, tracking documents, and integrated timelines
- Support brief creation, content planning, and orchestration of deliverables from ideation to activation
- Act as the central operational liaison between Verizon and all external agency partners
- Manage day-to-day workflow communication, updates, and feedback for Verizon stakeholders
- Host and moderate weekly cross-agency and joint workstream status meetings
- Monitor Scope of Work (SOW) to ensure alignment and flag potential creep or delays
- Track campaign budgets and document Verizon approvals for resource allocations and sign-offs
- Support rigorous proofing and QA processes against brand and legal guidelines
- Manage the organization of final approved assets in digital asset management (DAM) platforms
- Implement and maintain a robust programme RACI matrix
- Identify potential campaign risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Apply AI platforms to create operational efficiencies in daily workflows
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Project or Programme Manager in a creative or integrated agency environment
- Essential experience in B2B, enterprise, or tech sectors
- Direct experience coordinating multi-agency, multi-disciplinary teams (Creative, Media, Web/UX, Social, Sales Enablement)
- Exceptional eye for detail with experience in QA and proofing against complex brand/legal guidelines
- Experience tracking budgets and managing SOWs
- Ability to learn complex brand guidelines and operational processes quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills for managing external partners and internal client stakeholders
- Proactive approach to risk identification and problem-solving
