Senior Programme Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver global IT infrastructure technology programmes by coordinating activities across multiple technology and operational teams.
• Oversee the onboarding of newly acquired companies, ensuring they are integrated into corporate processes and systems in a compliant manner.
• Conduct risk assessments of previously acquired companies' IT integrations to identify and remediate technology gaps.
• Ensure all programmes are executed within specified timeframes, budgets, and quality targets using defined PMO methodologies.
• Provide executive-level project reporting to the SVP of IT and business leaders, including the preparation of business cases and presentations.
• Identify, track, and resolve project risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and changes.
• Champion and improve project management best practices and continuous improvement techniques across the organization.
• Travel to global offices as needed to support teams and coordinate launch activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the program management discipline.
• Deep knowledge of Agile and Lean frameworks, as well as Waterfall methodologies.
• Professional qualification in a recognized project management methodology (e.g., Prince II, PMI).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to present complex information to executive stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional, distributed international teams.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
