About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the company-wide Future Fit program, driving scoping, end-to-end planning, and the overall roadmap.
  • Maintain program governance frameworks and methodologies to ensure long-term operational success.
  • Manage value tracking and financial control, including the development of complex financial models to forecast outcomes.
  • Track benefits against targets and ensure adherence to corporate accounting policies and transformation costs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Executive Steering Committee and senior leadership.
  • Act as a change agent by communicating the strategic "why" and "how" of transformational changes to the business.
  • Translate intricate financial data into clear, actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Business-oriented field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including a proven track record in people management.
  • Significant experience as a Program Lead or Controller in large, multi-year transformations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for complex financial modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of core accounting concepts and financial governance.
  • Excellent English communication skills with experience presenting to senior executive leadership.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems independently.
