Senior Program Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage risks within the manufacturing process
• Support production, suppliers, first article inspections, and audit preparation
• Verify product and process compliance with contractual, technical, and AS9100 QMS requirements
• Interface regularly with DCMA and internal stakeholders to manage quality issues
• Facilitate cross-functional teams in failure analysis and Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations
• Mentor Quality Engineers and oversee program-wide strategic quality efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in quality or manufacturing engineering
• Experience with quality metrics, RCCA, and continuous improvement methods
• Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with TDP and QMS requirements
• U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• ASQ CQE Certification
• Experience with APQP methods including FMEA, Control Plan, FAI/AS9102, and SPC
• Experience with AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 quality management systems
• Proficiency in PRISM, Business Warehouse, or RCAS
• Demonstrated leadership in driving continuous improvement projects
