Responsibilities

• Lead PMO, Program Management, or Portfolio Management initiatives
• Establish processes, procedures, and governance frameworks
• Implement program controls and drive initiatives like Quarterly Business Reviews and Vendor Performance Management
• Develop KPIs and set clear objectives and stage gates for complex programs
• Participate in cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• Drive internal teams to deliver results while ensuring client satisfaction

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience delivering large and complex programs
• Experience in Data Centers, Manufacturing, or Corporate Occupier projects
• Expertise in Program Management and PMO leadership
• Proven track record in establishing governance and program controls
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a client-facing environment
