Responsibilities
- Lead PMO, Program Management, or Portfolio Management initiatives
- Establish processes, procedures, and governance frameworks
- Implement program controls and drive initiatives like Quarterly Business Reviews and Vendor Performance Management
- Develop KPIs and set clear objectives and stage gates for complex programs
- Participate in cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
- Drive internal teams to deliver results while ensuring client satisfaction
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience delivering large and complex programs
- Experience in Data Centers, Manufacturing, or Corporate Occupier projects
- Expertise in Program Management and PMO leadership
- Proven track record in establishing governance and program controls
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a client-facing environment
