Senior Program Officer- Digital Health & AI

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategies to expand the Digital Health and AI portfolio in South Asia
• Build and manage collaborative relationships with donors, government entities, research institutions, and technology innovators
• Represent PATH in public forums and external stakeholder engagements
• Scope the external landscape for emerging technologies, including AI, telemedicine, and diagnostic tools
• Identify and articulate innovative technology trends that can be applied to public health interventions at scale
• Structure projects that integrate technology adoption into overall implementation designs
• Oversee project scope, goals, and deliverables for technology-based initiatives in collaboration with internal and external teams

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, MBA, Digital Health, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in IT, Technology, or Business Development in leadership roles
• Deep understanding of digital health technology trends and their impact on healthcare delivery
• Comprehensive knowledge of the South Asia development sector, including legal and regulatory environments
• Proven track record in strategic thinking, project management, and coalition building
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Fluency in English
