Senior Program Manager, Workday

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program leadership for a multi-phase Workday ATS transformation
• Drive alignment across Workforce Planning, Recruiting, and Onboarding
• Partner with People and TA leadership to navigate change and build trust
• Lead cross-functional teams across HR, TA, Enterprise Applications, Engineering, and Finance
• Establish and manage program governance, including milestones, risks, and executive reporting
• Translate complex functional and technical concepts into executive-ready communications
• Drive disciplined change management and adoption planning

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs
• Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting or ATS transformations
• Working knowledge of end-to-end hiring processes
• Strong understanding of functional processes and technical architectures
• Proven success leading programs through change resistance
• Exceptional communication and executive influence skills
• High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing external implementation partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling program management practices
• Background in People, Payroll, or HCM domains
• Experience in media, technology, or high-growth environments
