Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, strategic integration programs and M&A transactions from due diligence through post-close execution
• Develop and execute detailed integration plans across all workstreams to ensure alignment with deal objectives and synergies
• Drive Day 1 readiness and manage Transition Service Agreement (TSA) execution
• Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks and issues
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and define program governance and controls
• Interface with C-Suite Executives, Business Unit Leaders, and Finance to develop ROI, IRR, and other financial measures
• Manage program budgets, financial performance, and resource utilization
• Deliver executive-level status updates and track KPIs and synergy targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in project or program management
• Proven experience in M&A integration and supporting M&A transactions
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams across multiple sites or geographies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience reporting to Senior Executives

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree
• PMP certification
• Experience leading complex technical projects with aggressive schedules
• Understanding of software engineering practices and technical problem-solving
