Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design, construction, and facilities operations programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Drive small to large scale initiatives encompassing processes, governance, and continuous improvement
• Facilitate collaborative discussions with stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and senior leaders
• Translate complex business challenges into scalable process designs
• Identify and map cross-functional dependencies to ensure smooth implementation of process changes
• Define and analyze KPIs to quantify inefficiencies and deliver executive-level dashboards
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Support new business acquisition by participating in bids for scopes of work
• Mentor and coach junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or program/project management
• 7-12 years of relevant experience
• Thorough knowledge of Program Management methods and best practices
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical design and construction teams
• Proficiency in Excel, Numbers, Keynote, Miro, and Wrike

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Retail & Workplace sector
• Ability to interpret design/construction documents including estimates, budgets, and drawings
• Competency in data management software and analytics systems
• Project, Program, or Change Management certifications
