Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Influence the use of defined processes, procedures, and information management systems by execution teams
• Gather and document design requirements from clients, end users, and stakeholders
• Manage stakeholder communications and interface to ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality targets
• Secure project funding aligned with governance structures
• Define contracting and procurement strategies to motivate performance and ensure required outcomes
• Develop master schedules based on historical data and monitor execution team progress
• Monitor project risks, opportunities, and implement mitigation plans
• Oversee change controls, assessing scope, time, cost, and quality
• Manage operational readiness, transition, and project closeout including lessons learned
• Drive continuous improvement and strategic program initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Thorough knowledge of Program Management methods and best practices
• Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, planning, design, schedule, and scope management
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Competency in data management software and analytics systems
• Understanding of site HSSE Policies
