About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery of complex, multi-portfolio cybersecurity programs across security, operations, and engineering functions
  • Orchestrate execution from vision to value, ensuring delivery, risk, and change activities remain aligned
  • Design and execute end-to-end change management strategies to support AI-enabled security tooling adoption
  • Coach security leaders and executives to act as visible sponsors of digital transformation
  • Map stakeholders across IT, risk, privacy, and business units to build tailored engagement and communication plans
  • Partner with compliance teams to ensure responsible AI use meets data protection and regulatory expectations

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technical program management, or transformation consulting
  • Demonstrated experience orchestrating delivery across multi-functional teams and multiple portfolios
  • Strong working understanding of AI and generative AI concepts (e.g., Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot)
  • Proven experience leading organizational change and coaching or advising senior leaders
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-changing, and high-stakes environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) or a recognized coaching credential (e.g., ICF)
  • Security certification such as CISSP or CISM
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, business, or organizational development
  • Familiarity with responsible AI, AI governance, or model risk frameworks
  • Experience deploying AI or automation tooling in a security operations context
