Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive business integration, strategic program execution, and organizational stability across the Employer organization.
• Own the end-to-end preparation and execution of the bi-weekly Sales Performance operating cadence for SVP/VP level leadership.
• Serve as the central point of coordination for Employer KPIs, partnering with Sales, Finance, and Operations to define standards and track performance.
• Lead execution of high-priority, cross-functional initiatives including fee-for-service compensation, consolidated reporting, and time-to-value acceleration.
• Manage program-level tracking for all active initiatives, including timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Translate leadership priorities into actionable plans with defined initiatives, clear timelines, and identified owners.
• Identify and resolve organizational friction points and dependencies to maintain momentum.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs such as integrations, organizational restructures, or platform launches.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs and deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of using data to inform decisions.
• Experience building KPI frameworks and defining success metrics.
• Proven ability to influence and drive accountability at senior levels (Director and above) without direct authority.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-moving environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting business integrations, reorganizations, or scale-up environments.
• Familiarity with sales operations, performance management, or operational finance.
