Senior Program Manager/Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs spanning platform improvements, process redesign, and cross-product workflows.
• Manage complex technical dependencies and integrated plans across Engineering, Product, Operations, Compliance, and Treasury.
• Ensure all initiatives include complete PRDs, Technical Design Documents, and clear delivery plans with success metrics.
• Drive end-to-end test strategies, including integration flows, UAT, and launch readiness.
• Optimize the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and implement metric-driven progress tracking.
• Build and improve operating systems for product decisions, utilizing automation and AI-powered tooling to increase organizational velocity.
• Translate complex technical constraints into clear business trade-offs for leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management or technical program management within high-growth or regulated environments.
• AI-native workflow proficiency, with a proven ability to use AI tools to automate repetitive processes and synthesize information.
• Strong technical intuition and the ability to manage complex infrastructure scaling and technical dependencies.
• Exceptional documentation skills, with the ability to produce concise, structured technical and operational content.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build structure in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within financial infrastructure or blockchain technology sectors.
• Background in managing regulated product lifecycles and ensuring compliance with stringent audit requirements.
