Senior Program Manager, Talent & Comp

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional programs with significant impact across multiple organizations.
• Develop overall program strategy, aligning plans with senior leadership and driving execution across various teams.
• Define program mission, vision, and tenets, while setting objectives and using data to drive quantified improvements.
• Coordinate work between product, UX design, technical, and analytics teams to develop go-to-market and change management strategies.
• Identify and mitigate risks in ambiguous environments, overseeing gaps between teams, processes, and systems.
• Implement and govern KPI reporting to provide visibility into milestones and performance across a portfolio of programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience driving process improvements.
• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, or a related field.
• Experience in complex problem solving and working within tight schedule environments.
• Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
