Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the drafting, negotiation, and administration of Prototype and Production OTAs
• Define and monitor technical milestones for Second Front-related vendors
• Manage budget allocations, obligation timelines, and burn rates
• Act as the primary bridge between DIU leadership, mission partners, and commercial vendors
• Identify technical or policy issues early to mitigate risks and unlock bottlenecks
• Deliver high-visibility briefs to DIU Directors and Pentagon stakeholders

Requirements

• 8+ years of Program Management experience in DoW acquisition or Defense Industrial Base sectors
• Proven track record of executing Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreements
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance or immediate eligibility
• Technical literacy in SaaS, cybersecurity, and cloud-based environments
• Exceptional communication skills for on-site collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working directly with or within DIU or similar DoW innovation entities
• Familiarity with Second Front Systems or similar automated deployment/security platforms
