Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the lifecycle of mission platforms from concept through qualification and flight
• Manage multiple active programs and make architectural decisions with Chief Engineers
• Manage high-stakes subcontracts and strategic suppliers
• Synchronize cross-functional teams across hardware, software, GNC, and mission assurance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. Government national security customers
• Partner with BD & Strategy on technical proposals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in physics, math, science, or a technical discipline
• 5+ years of program management experience (8+ years for Level II)
• Proven track record of moving hardware and software from prototype to flight-ready systems
• Understanding of closed-loop guidance and control, on-board autonomy, or propulsion
• Experience identifying and neutralizing technical, schedule, or supply-chain risks
• Active TS/SCI clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience transitioning low-volume prototypes into responsive production
• Deep experience in National Security Space (NSS) mission sets
• Success negotiating and executing large U.S. Government contracts
• Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proficiency with Systems Engineering, Jira, Confluence, and ERP tools
