Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the satellite lifecycle from concept through qualification and full-rate production
• Manage multiple active programs and make architectural decisions with Chief Engineers
• Navigate design-for-manufacturing, takt time, and line-of-balance trade-offs
• Manage high-stakes subcontracts and strategic suppliers
• Synchronize cross-functional teams across manufacturing, supply chain, integration, and test
• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial constellation operators

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in physics, math, science, or a technical discipline
• 5+ years of program management experience (for Level I) or 8+ years (for Level II)
• Proven track record of owning technical programs or products end-to-end
• Experience moving hardware and software from prototype to high-rate production
• Understanding of takt time, line-of-balance, and design-for-manufacturing
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field
• Experience scaling satellite or aerospace hardware production at volume
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and ERP/MRP systems
• Deep understanding of Systems Engineering and trade studies
