Senior Program Manager - Retail Wireless Portfolio

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact retail wireless program portfolios to ensure milestones align with departmental OKRs.
• Establish cross-functional guardrails to prevent scope creep and manage stakeholder expectations across Boost Mobile and EchoStar teams.
• Resolve operational bottlenecks, project risks, and cross-team conflicts using structured, analytical problem-solving.
• Leverage AI-driven productivity platforms and collaboration tools to automate PMO tasks and optimize resource allocation.
• Influence and align diverse teams, including Sales, Product, Billing, and Customer Support, to maintain program momentum.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in operations, sales, marketing, or technology-driven environments.
• Proficiency in Jira / Atlassian platform management.
• Experience with Hive or similar modern enterprise project management tools.
• Proficiency in the Google Workspace collaboration suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the wireless, telecommunications, or retail operations sectors.
• AI literacy and the ability to integrate generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
