About the role
Responsibilities
- Support program design, including work plan creation, staff alignment, and accurate forecasting for clients.
- Coordinate the delivery of large-budget energy efficiency programs in accordance with contract terms and budgets.
- Identify, track, and drive program deliverables to ensure accurate and timely submission.
- Assess project progress and develop innovative solutions to address new market dynamics or issues.
- Manage subcontractors, community partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations and communications by resolving or escalating issues as needed.
- Interface with internal departments such as IT, Marketing, Finance, and HR to drive operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, energy, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in energy efficiency or a related field.
- Proven success in developing and implementing project scopes, budgets, and strategic plans.
- Experience in contract development and negotiation.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to establish efficient work process flows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines with high accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in business, energy, engineering, or a related field.
- A positive, action-oriented attitude with demonstrated initiative and creativity.
- Ability to foster a highly positive and streamlined customer experience.
- A passion for sustainability and making a meaningful environmental impact.

- Competitive base salary ranging from $92,500 to $135,000, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.
