Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Support program design, including work plan creation, staff alignment, and accurate forecasting for clients.
• Coordinate the delivery of large-budget energy efficiency programs in accordance with contract terms and budgets.
• Identify, track, and drive program deliverables to ensure accurate and timely submission.
• Assess project progress and develop innovative solutions to address new market dynamics or issues.
• Manage subcontractors, community partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations and communications by resolving or escalating issues as needed.
• Interface with internal departments such as IT, Marketing, Finance, and HR to drive operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, energy, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in energy efficiency or a related field.
• Proven success in developing and implementing project scopes, budgets, and strategic plans.
• Experience in contract development and negotiation.
• Strong program management skills with the ability to establish efficient work process flows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines with high accuracy.

• Competitive base salary ranging from $92,500 to $135,000, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.
