Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) for the Fire Control Radar business area, overseeing production, development, and sustainment strategies
• Proactively account for existing and new DMS components to support business area needs
• Represent customer needs to leadership while maintaining relationships with customers and key suppliers
• Manage risk, opportunity, cost, quality, and schedule performance of key suppliers for DMS lifetime buys
• Ensure program performance and adherence to plans, schedules, and budgets
• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple Raytheon sites
• Manage Appropriation Request (AR) preparation, statements of work, and supplier purchase order administration
• Travel domestically to support supplier and business engagements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with minimum 10 years of relevant experience (or Advanced degree with 7+ years)
• Proven program management or leadership experience
• Experience supporting proposal activities
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and performance using Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
• Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management
• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Program Management Level 5 Certification or ability to obtain within one year
• Proven success maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers, government representatives, and internal peers
• Experience overseeing and monitoring supplier performance and developing corrective actions
• Experience with Raytheon manufacturing processes and teams
• Active Secret U.S. government issued security clearance
