Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, define, and execute plans of record, including schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks.
• Drive programs from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders on technical matters.
• Monitor program milestones, budget spending, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and program sponsors to set deliverable priorities and meet stakeholder needs.
• Manage multiple small programs or a single complex program by applying advanced program management knowledge.
• Track key metrics, identify deviations from the Plan of Record, and propose corrective actions.
• Manage and prioritize program team work through task assignments and schedule establishment.
• Identify program risks and maintain comprehensive risk mitigation plans and trackers.
• Promote program vision and objectives while supporting the adoption of best practices and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP Certification.
• 7+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
• 3+ years of experience interacting with senior leadership (Director level and above).
• 2+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
• 2+ years of experience with program management tools such as dashboards and Gantt charts.
