Overland AI is transforming land operations for modern defense by leveraging advanced research in robotics and machine learning. The company delivers autonomy stacks and command-and-control interfaces that enable ground vehicles to navigate off-road without GPS.

Responsibilities

• Own successful delivery of outcomes on multiple programs simultaneously
• Establish and lead effective program governance, including stakeholder communication and milestone management
• Ensure programs are performed on time and on budget
• Develop enduring relationships with external and internal program stakeholders
• Coordinate and create program documentation such as charters, design reviews, and project plans
• Work cross-functionally with engineering teams to deliver technical content
• Develop monthly program financial reports and forecast models
• Support proposal development and the creation of statements of work
• Advocate for customer needs to support the product roadmap

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience as a Program Manager
• Ability to obtain a US government security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
• 5 years of operational US military experience
• 2 years of experience fielding software or hardware products in deep-tech, defense, or high-growth startups
• Familiarity with large-scale DoD procurement programs and contract deliverables
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles and ground autonomy systems
