Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure program delivery meets quality, cost, and timing targets using risk management, FMEA, and change management.
• Lead project planning and coordination through standard development processes, including Gate processes and project timing.
• Monitor project performance and report progress via regular status meetings and Gate Reviews.
• Conduct risk assessments, define mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues as required.
• Manage project financials, including budget monitoring, profitability, and monthly adjustments of financial parameters.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, purchasing, sales, and production.
• Support sales activities by preparing project-related offers and contributing to costing and negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in program or project management within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of product development processes, including Gate processes, risk management, and FMEA.
• Solid financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and profitability.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
