Senior Program Manager, NVIDIA Research

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programs from planning through execution, coordinating across Research, Engineering, Legal, and Finance departments
• Maintain clear research reporting and execution visibility for leadership
• Improve program governance, operating rhythms, and delivery predictability
• Support the planning, evaluation, and selection for annual Graduate and Faculty Fellow programs
• Track and report on research invention submissions, evaluations, and dispositions
• Assemble, edit, and publish internal Research newsletters
• Plan and orchestrate internal Research conferences and other departmental events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of program management or related experience in a technology environment
• Proven success leading large, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Strong experience with program governance, risk management, milestone planning, and executive reporting
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Slack, and Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Perforce, GitLab, and GitHub
• Prior use of intellectual property management systems such as Anaqua
• Experience using AI tools for automating information management workflows
• Background supporting research or advanced development operations
