Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program delivery, managing scope, schedule, cost, and risk
- Drive proactive risk identification and mitigation across the program lifecycle
- Serve as a trusted client interface at site to build strong relationships
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of new nuclear projects from early development through execution
Requirements
- Experience in nuclear, energy, or major capital projects
- Knowledge of CSA N286, project controls frameworks, or equivalent regulatory environments
- Ability to lead and align multi-disciplinary teams
- Willingness to travel weekly to client sites in Bruce County
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with New Build and/or Gen III+/Gen IV Large Scale Reactors and SMRs
- Experience with Management System development
- Experience leading and developing people
