Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-workstream programs across the myZoi product landscape.
• Structure programs into clearly defined projects, workstreams, milestones, and outcomes to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Partner with Product Management to translate roadmaps into executable delivery plans aligned with customer journeys.
• Establish and manage integrated program plans, RAID logs, and change control processes.
• Coordinate cross-functionally across Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Finance.
• Ensure all programs address relevant regulatory requirements and embed necessary controls into design and delivery.
• Manage program-level budgets, forecasts, and resource planning across multiple delivery teams and vendors.

Requirements

• 12-15+ years of experience in program or project management within fintech or financial services.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, product-led programs in highly regulated environments.
• Experience operating within Lean-Agile delivery models, including PI planning and structured prioritization.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of fintech product lifecycles and end-to-end delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certifications.
• Experience with tech delivery coordination in hybrid modes involving cloud-native in-house platforms and outsourced delivery models.
