Senior Program Manager – Multimedia Technologies

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Multimedia technology planning across lifecycle phases from pre-silicon to customer ship
• Define and drive the Multimedia Plan of Record (POR) across system and product cycles
• Drive execution governance including feature request alignment, release readiness, and dependency tracking
• Proactively identify execution risks and conflicts, driving mitigation to closure
• Manage resource planning, capacity visibility, and Level-of-Effort (LoE) estimates
• Act as the single point of coordination across engineering, product management, and executive leadership
• Provide clear dashboards, execution updates, and executive-level summaries
• Define and improve Multimedia program KPIs, dashboards, and execution metrics

Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related discipline)
• 12–15+ years of experience in the Hi-Tech, Semiconductor, or Platform Software industry
• Proven experience in Technology or Engineering Program Management
• Strong exposure to Multimedia systems (audio, video, display, vision, ISP, or graphics)
• Experience with platform software in SoC-based environments
• Expertise in cross-layer hardware/software integration
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage large, cross-geography, and cross-discipline programs
