Senior Program Manager, Mapping Operations

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across vendor teams, ensuring SLAs are met and resolving escalations
• Identify process improvement opportunities to raise productivity and quality
• Lead strategic initiatives involving tooling, process, and infrastructure to scale the organization
• Manage large projects from concept to launch by coordinating with Engineering, Product, and Operations
• Monitor, measure, and communicate project progress and team performance to executive leadership
• Provide mentorship and managerial support for junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline
• 12+ years of experience managing large-scale and dynamic programs
• 4+ years of direct people management experience
• Experience managing scaled vendor operations teams
• Proven collaboration skills with globally distributed teams
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from complex data

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA
• Technical proficiency to engage with engineering stakeholders
• Familiarity with SQL or Dremel scripting for data analysis
