Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the cost-effective delivery of complex electronics manufacturing projects for commercial and aerospace & defense industries.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers to handle requests, issues, and feedback metrics.
• Manage all commercial aspects of programs, including receivables, ECO costing, and inventory status.
• Generate program budgets and manage quarterly/annual customer revenue projections.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure customer goals for product cost, quality, and availability are met.
• Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) tasks and support continuous improvement processes.
• Facilitate manufacturing agreements in collaboration with the sales organization and customers.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to meet both company and customer goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of program management experience within an electronics or aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in supporting high-volume, system assembly surface mount technology (SMT) manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Syteline preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be a US Person as defined in 22 CFR Part 120.15 due to ITAR compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification.
• Experience in an international, multi-plant contract manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a highly dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation and organizational abilities.
