Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute program strategy and strategic priorities incorporating security and performance
• Translate program strategy into execution plans across multiple teams and projects
• Coordinate execution with program managers across cloud, database, interoperability, and AI systems
• Orchestrate work across product, engineering, architecture, compliance, and operations
• Manage senior stakeholders and executive engagement
• Monitor program performance against KPIs and manage risks, issues, and dependencies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs
• Strong fundamentals in planning, scheduling, dependency, and risk management
• Experience managing performance to KPIs and driving accountability
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree
• Experience in cloud, healthcare, or enterprise technology environments
• PMP or equivalent certification
