Senior Program Manager III, SSD Ops Integration

Responsibilities

• Own the expansion strategy and roadmap for new customer delivery offerings, including site sequencing and operating model decisions
• Lead economic sustainability workstreams by partnering with finance to model cost scenarios and track pilot economics
• Drive cross-functional program cadence across fulfillment, delivery, science, and tech teams to ensure capability readiness
• Synthesize operational performance, customer insights, and financial projections into clear recommendations for senior leadership
• Define and manage customer insight integration plans, including quantitative lift analyses and qualitative behavioral studies
• Identify and resolve structural blockers to scale, such as operational variability and capacity constraints
• Build mechanisms to ensure learnings from pilot sites transfer effectively to expansion sites to accelerate operational maturity

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, or a related field
• Knowledge of general AI tools
• Experience designing and scaling workforce development or upskilling programs across large-scale operations
