About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the operational rhythm and governance of a multi-year enterprise-wide cultural transformation toward a skills-based talent management model.
- Own the 2026 Roadmap, proactively reviewing milestones and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Design high-quality, executive-ready presentation materials and dashboards to support senior leadership decision-making.
- Orchestrate diverse stakeholders across People & Culture, Finance, IT, and Procurement to ensure project milestones are met.
- Utilize AI tools to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from leadership interviews and pilot results into actionable insights.
- Identify project risks and blockers early, providing proactive mitigation strategies and clear recommendations.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of Project Management experience, ideally within a People or HR function.
- Proven analytical abilities in data analysis, forecasting, and business modeling.
- Strong executive-level communication skills with the ability to tell compelling stories through data.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Fig Jam, and other digital collaboration tools.
- Experience managing complex, matrixed stakeholder groups in a global environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or Change Management certification (e.g., PROSCI).
- Experience applying Design Thinking principles to organizational challenges.
- Familiarity with project governance frameworks, including RACIs and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs).
