About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational rhythm and governance of a multi-year enterprise-wide cultural transformation toward a skills-based talent management model.
  • Own the 2026 Roadmap, proactively reviewing milestones and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Design high-quality, executive-ready presentation materials and dashboards to support senior leadership decision-making.
  • Orchestrate diverse stakeholders across People & Culture, Finance, IT, and Procurement to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Utilize AI tools to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from leadership interviews and pilot results into actionable insights.
  • Identify project risks and blockers early, providing proactive mitigation strategies and clear recommendations.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of Project Management experience, ideally within a People or HR function.
  • Proven analytical abilities in data analysis, forecasting, and business modeling.
  • Strong executive-level communication skills with the ability to tell compelling stories through data.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Fig Jam, and other digital collaboration tools.
  • Experience managing complex, matrixed stakeholder groups in a global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or Change Management certification (e.g., PROSCI).
  • Experience applying Design Thinking principles to organizational challenges.
  • Familiarity with project governance frameworks, including RACIs and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs).
