Senior Program Manager - Engineering Operations

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and day-to-day management of building engineering and HVAC systems across a 5 million square foot commercial office portfolio.
• Lead the Engineering Operations Unit, including engineering mechanics, operating engineers, and supervisors, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Oversee all aspects of building engineering for the HQ campus to ensure 24/7 functionality and compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Develop and manage annual engineering operations budgets and multi-year capital plans for system replacements and upgrades.
• Manage integrated facilities management contracts and engineering design services to ensure capital projects meet industry best practices.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to assess business requirements and ensure high levels of service delivery.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combined experience).
• At least 8 years of experience in building engineering, facilities management, or HVAC operations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-building engineering portfolios of 3 million square feet or more.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with large-scale HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, boilers, AHUs, VAV systems, and BAS/BMS platforms.
• Demonstrated track record of developing capital plans and managing large engineering operations budgets.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to senior leadership.
