Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the VP to prioritize key initiatives and optimize organizational efficacy
• Lead the execution of high-impact strategic projects, driving cross-functional alignment from conception to completion
• Integrate advanced analytics, business intelligence, and AI tools into departmental operations to optimize workflows
• Synthesize complex organizational data to curate presentation materials for Board of Directors and Executive Committee reviews
• Oversee core organizational processes, including annual planning, budget management, and performance alignment
• Orchestrate executive agendas and track deliverables to hold senior leaders accountable to critical deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience owning executive programs for a VP/SVP/EVP level leader within a structured PMO
• Proven experience with project and program management methodologies within an enterprise PMO structure
• Proficiency in data interpretation, business intelligence (BI) frameworks, or analytics tools
• Experience with executive calendar management, meeting operations, and board-level presentation development
• Demonstrated experience in corporate budget management and financial reporting coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity or background working within technology sectors, specifically with systems involving AI, Business Intelligence, or advanced data analytics managed from a PMO perspective
