Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance of defense electronics programs, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and company policies.
• Manage program schedules, costs, and technical performance by establishing baselines and tracking key metrics.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams within a matrixed organization to deliver rugged processing solutions.
• Analyze proposals regarding cost, risk, and quality, and lead source selection and negotiation teams.
• Act as the central authority for customer communications and maintain relationships with military and commercial customers.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate potential risks and report issues to upper management.
• Maintain detailed written records of all project agreements and commitments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience in the Defense and Aerospace industry.
• Proven experience in customer communications, negotiations, and proposal management.
• Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Security clearance.
• Familiarity with complex integrated systems architecture, hardware development processes, and integration/test methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• PMP certification or an MBA.
