Senior Program Manager, Cost of Returns

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to reduce policy and process defects and associate abuse to minimize the cost of returns and concessions.
• Run cross-functional product and program mechanisms involving business, product, and technology stakeholders.
• Streamline collaboration to establish program goals and KPIs, while tracking progress and resolving blockers.
• Manage program roadmaps and publish quarterly updates regarding achievements and key learnings.
• Identify emerging opportunities for cost reduction and new abuse Modus Operandi (MOs) through data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive operational improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience driving process improvements.
• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, or a related field.
