Senior Program Manager, Commercial Operations & Launch

Responsibilities

• Translate go-to-market strategies into end-to-end operational models that enable product commercialization
• Lead the execution of pilot programs and early market launches, including U.S. re-entry for key products
• Define the customer and patient journey, including how orders are placed, fulfilled, delivered, and supported
• Act as the central integrator across Business Development, Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Regulatory, and Product teams
• Partner with Logistics and Supply Chain teams to define requirements for product distribution and delivery
• Build and drive integrated program plans, managing risks, trade-offs, and dependencies
• Track pilot performance across commercial and operational metrics to create repeatable playbooks for scaling

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in program management, commercial operations, product launch, or supply chain
• Proven experience launching new products, services, or entering new markets
• Strong understanding of logistics, fulfillment, and customer service operations
• Experience building operating models from the ground up
• Demonstrated success working cross-functionally in complex, matrixed environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a "zero to one" environment or building new business units
• Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and highly tactical levels
• Experience in a highly regulated industry or healthcare technology sector
