Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of crew seating programs with accountability for cost, schedule, delivery, and financial performance (P&L)
• Act as the primary program lead and key customer interface for specific customer bases
• Lead Program Management Teams (PMT) for medium to large programs to ensure adherence to plans and budgets
• Partner with cross-functional organizations including Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering
• Manage contract negotiations, including D/FAR requirements and proposal coordination
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using the CORE Operating System to optimize efficiency and quality
• Develop and present value stream strategies, business plans, and new program proposals

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required
• University Degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum 5 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s of Business Administration (MBA)
• Experience in the aerospace industry or working with military customers
• Strong analytical and financial acumen
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
• Experience with SAP and project/program management in a cross-functional environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
