About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of program cost, schedule, and technical execution to ensure predictable performance and fulfillment of contractual commitments.
  • Use Earned Value Management (EVMS) to monitor performance and recommend corrective actions.
  • Guide cross-matrixed teams through clear communication and expectation setting to deliver projects on time.
  • Establish and maintain key program metrics, define milestones, and monitor adherence to budgets and schedules.
  • Support the development and tracking of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-term financial outlook.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across organizations and subcontractors to ensure consistent use of resources and tools.
  • Contribute to new business capture and proposal efforts.

Requirements

  • University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with 7 years of experience).
  • Experience managing a cross-discipline Integrated Product Team (IPT).
  • Proficiency in executing TINA-compliant proposals.
  • Working knowledge of EVMS, Earned Value (EV) techniques, and Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process.
  • Experience with Government contracting requirements.
  • U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of supply chain, material management, and factory assembly operations.
  • Expertise in financial planning, including R&O Management and proficiency with IMP/IMS.
  • RTX Program Manager Level 5 Certification or higher.
  • Experience developing program artifacts such as resource plans, BOEs, and master schedules.
  • Understanding of the RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) framework.
  • Experience with the US DoD acquisition process.
