Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex cloud modernization and transformation programs, ensuring clear accountability for execution and outcomes.
• Drive programs through structured plans, proactive issue identification, and decisive corrective actions.
• Manage performance across global distributed teams, addressing underperformance and managing escalations.
• Lead delivery within a Systems Integrator (SI) context, balancing competing priorities across clients, stakeholders, and engineering teams.
• Resolve delivery challenges including communication gaps, requirement ambiguity, and dependency misalignments.
• Partner with engineering teams to manage interdependencies across custom application environments and cloud ecosystems.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and decision-making, translating complex technical concepts into clear timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Project or Delivery Management roles.
• 4+ years of experience specifically in Cloud transformation programs.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience in Systems Integration (SI) with end-to-end delivery ownership.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and engineering workflows.
• Experience managing global onshore-offshore delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.
• Experience managing custom-developed enterprise applications (Java/.NET).
• Ability to use analytics and KPIs to drive data-informed decisions and program improvements.
