Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex cloud modernization and transformation programs, ensuring clear accountability for execution and outcomes.
• Drive programs through structured planning, decisive action, and proactive identification of potential bottlenecks or issues.
• Lead delivery within a Systems Integrator (SI) context, managing competing priorities across clients, stakeholders, and engineering teams.
• Manage performance across distributed global teams, including addressing underperformance and handling delivery escalations.
• Resolve complex delivery challenges such as communication gaps, requirement ambiguity, and time zone/dependency misalignments.
• Engage deeply with engineering teams to manage interdependencies within custom application environments (Java/.NET/Cloud).
• Provide hands-on technology team leadership and manage stakeholder communication and decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Project or Delivery Management roles.
• Mandatory experience in Systems Integration (SI) with proven delivery ownership.
• Proven track record of managing and turning around challenging technical projects.
• Extensive experience managing custom-developed enterprise applications within Java, .NET, or Cloud ecosystems.
• Experience managing global delivery models, including onshore and offshore teams.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), delivery lifecycles, and engineering workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution alongside formal governance and reporting.
